The Copper Still was born out of the idea that the East Village and Chelsea need a family style Irish Pub with a great whiskey selection.

Mike, Shane and Brendan, the owners of The Copper Still, are all originally from Ireland and have been living and working in NYC for over 40 years combined.

Besides having a collection of over 300 whiskey's, including the evasive Pappy Van Winkle and other hard to find spirits, the food is an upscale take on classic pub food.

The kitchen is open late and brunch is served on the weekend with an option for unlimited bloody mary's or mimosa's.
